2. Account Registration

    • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

    • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.

  3. Security

    • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Service Orders & Payments

  1. Service Plans

    • All Services are ordered through our website. Plan features, pricing, and billing cycles are clearly displayed on our ordering pages.

  2. Invoices & Billing

    • Invoices are issued at the start of each billing period. You agree to pay all fees by the due dates. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other methods listed at checkout.

  3. Late Payments & Suspensions

    • Overdue balances incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. Accounts with invoices unpaid after 15 days may be suspended until payment is received.

  4. Refunds & Cancellations

    • Web hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee (excluding domain-registration fees). Domains once registered cannot be refunded. Web design projects are refundable only to the extent of unbilled hours at our hourly rate.

4. Domain Registration

  1. Registration & Renewal

    • We act as your registrar. You authorize us to register, renew, or transfer domains on your behalf.

  2. Ownership & Use

    • You retain full ownership of your domains but must comply with registry policies. You are responsible for accuracy of WHOIS data.

  3. Renewal Notifications

    • We send renewal reminders 30, 15, and 5 days before expiration. Failure to renew may result in domain expiration and loss.

5. Web Hosting & Design Services

  1. Hosting Resources

    • Each plan includes specified CPU, RAM, storage, and bandwidth. Excessive resource usage may trigger throttling or upgrade recommendations.

  2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

    • We guarantee 99.9% uptime for our servers. Scheduled maintenance windows (up to 4 hours/month) are excluded. Credits apply for SLA breaches per our SLA policy.

  3. Design Deliverables

    • Web design projects include milestones, deliverables, and revision rounds as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions or out-of-scope work are billed at our standard hourly rate.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Services to:

  • Host illegal content or infringe on intellectual property rights.

  • Send unsolicited spam or phishing emails.

  • Launch denial-of-service attacks or engage in malicious activity.

  • Store or distribute malware, pirated software, or adult content.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain all rights to content you upload, design files, and code. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display your content only to provide the Services.

  • Our Materials: All software, trademarks, and documentation provided by us remain our property. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute without our consent.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

  • No Warranty: Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Third-Party Services: Any third-party software or services integrated (e.g., payment gateways) are subject to their own terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Direct Damages: Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • Exclusion of Consequential Damages: We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

  1. By You: You may cancel Services at any time via your dashboard or support.

  2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate for breach of these Terms or non-payment, with 7 days’ notice where practicable.

  3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your content may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You remain liable for all accrued fees.
